The For Freedom Workshop has been organized by a coalition of volunteer Christian recovery group leaders who have a particular compassion for people who have been devastated in some way by the effects of unwanted sexual behavior and betrayal trauma. What do we mean by "unwanted sexual behavior?" We are referring to the kind of sexual behavior that is inherently out-of-place for those who follow Christ. These behaviors might involve watching internet pornography, sex with self, affairs, and other sexual relationships and behavior that fall outside the marriage relationship. Furthermore, the spouses of those who have engaged in this kind of behavior often experience a level of pain that is traumatic and life changing.

The For Freedom Workshop will begin the process of equipping you and your church leadership to engage in these difficult conversations and create access points for healing. We want to support and partner with you because we are all in this fight together in becoming the people God has called us to be - a people free to "proclaim the excellencies of him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light."
