Our Church Staff at Long Beach Alliance Church is here to serve you in any way we can. It is our deepest desire that you would experience God through the ministries of the church. We are here to answer questions, help at critical moments, and offer authentic friendship which will last a lifetime. Thanks for checking out our team, and feel free to write or call at anytime!

Our Board of Elders meet on a once-a-month basis to read Scripture together and pray for various aspects of Long Beach Alliance Church. The elders are charged with the primary spiritual leadership of the church and are responsible for keeping our church accountable for the vision, mission, and strategies. They are involved in teaching, administrating our benevolent ministries, serving communion, and participating in monthly board meetings.

Our Board of Deacons assist the pastoral staff and Board of Elders in fulfillment of the ministries of the church. Their duties are principally to minister to the physical needs of the body. Their stated duties include coordinating ushers/greeters and other ministries and support for the church agreed upon by the deacons and the senior pastor. Feel free to contact any of our deacons if you have a need with which you feel they could assist.

Our Board of Deaconesses are faithful servants of our church. They bless many in our congregation through various ministries, such as:

• The Prayer Chain
• Preparation and assistance for baptisms
• Discipleship for women
• Shut-in visitation, cards, notes, and phone calls
• Care and preparation of communion elements
• A warm welcome and a coffee mug for 1st time visitors
• Organizing several special church luncheons
• Keeping the kitchen running smoothly
• Wedding coordinator

Our Board of Trustees are responsable for the care and maintenance of all church property including the vehicles, arranging events (chairs, tables, ectc.), painting, plumbing, electrical, roof repair, lighting, fixtures, carpet, and all maintenance of property and buildings. If you notice anything that needs repairs or replacement, let us know. We have a comments box (located on a table just inside the office, left-hand side). Feel free to fill out a comment slip and stick it inside the box.

Our Governing Board exists to provide the best possible environment for the accomplishment of ministry by our staff team. The Governing Board works in tandem with the senior pastor to develop effective policies to unleash every member for service in the church. We meet on a monthly basis to read Scripture together, pray together, and serve the body by offering governance for church business.
